  • Roles and Responsibilities:
  • The candidate should write test plans and test cases that are thorough, detailed, and well-organized.

  • In accordance with the test plan, the candidate should run acceptance tests on the programme under consideration for release.

  • Candidate must submit thorough problem reports for any tests that fail and collaborate with automation and development engineers to confirm changes.

  • The candidate should evaluate specifications and test plans on a regular basis, looking for coverage gaps and adding additional test cases as necessary.

  • The candidate should include feature automation tests.

  • The candidate should stay current on new testing techniques and technologies.

  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • The ideal candidate will have zero to four years of industry experience in software testing.

  • A plus would be for the candidate to have experience with desktop software testing or design software testing.

  • An added benefit would be for the candidate to have practical experience with automation testing.

  • Candidate with knowledge of creating, executing, and reporting quality metrics for test cases.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities are required in order to recognise, investigate, and solve difficulties.

  • Someone who is well-versed in every step of the software development process.

  • Candidate with excellent leadership, organisational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
