Roles and Responsibilities:
The candidate should assume responsibility for achieving revenue and gross margin on customer-funded projects, keeping track of expenses and costs in relation to benefits that have been delivered and realised as the projects move forward.
Projects should be planned, specified, and maintained in accordance with the strategic plan or roadmap by the candidate.
To ensure that projects are carried out within the agreed-upon schedule, cost, and performance, the candidate should plan and oversee project execution while managing risks and addressing issues as necessary.
The candidate should collaborate closely with and support the pertinent stakeholders.
The candidate must guarantee that the project deliverables are of the required calibre, delivered on time, on budget, and in compliance with the project plans.
The candidate should oversee outside contributions to the projects as necessary.
The candidate must oversee projects involving Cisco India clients from inception through completion, including the handling of any problems that may arise.
The candidate should develop a project timeline and project management plan that includes the necessary funding, materials, and resources.
Candidate must make sure that project deliverables are of the required quality, are on schedule, are within budget, and follow the project plans.
As the project(s) move forward, the candidate should balance expenditures and costs against delivered and realised benefits.
To guarantee that projects are carried out in accordance with the agreed-upon time, cost, and performance, the candidate should address concerns as necessary.
The ideal candidate would have great verbal and written communication abilities.
The candidate should recognise hazards and implement suitable risk avoidance and mitigation measures.
