  • Respond to publisher questions about ad serving problems for the product AD Manager by troubleshooting and providing email and chat assistance.
  • Job Roles and Responsibilities:
  • For prestigious customers like Financial Times, eBay, The Guardian, CBS, etc., the candidate should troubleshoot and fix sophisticated ad serving issues.

  • Candidate should offer chat and email help for concerns brought up by publications. Ad serving, reporting, ad distribution, page implementation, and creative development are some of the possible problems.

  • Candidate should collaborate with publishers to enable features and fix UI-related issues on accounts.

  • To reach specified SLA, candidate must be able to work independently and effectively.

  • Each agreed-upon quality criterion set forth for the process should be consistently met by the candidate or exceeded.
