- Aptean is seeking a customer success analyst with a focus on quality to join our support team and get to know our company from the ground up. The objective is to satisfy customers by promptly resolving their technical and application-related issues.
- Roles and Responsibilities:
- Candidate will be in charge of responding to and resolving customer issues with Aptean products via calls, emails, and remote access.
- The candidate will work on a thorough examination of Aptean product problems and their integration into mixed settings across the whole company.
- Candidate must identify and address client issues, or categorise them for additional support from R&D or other departments.
- The candidate will be in charge of tracking, diagnosing, duplicating, troubleshooting, and solving problems.
- The candidate must make sure that all interactions with customers, both internal and external, are handled professionally, with the highest standard of service, and with constant follow-through and adherence to agreements.
