  • Within their designated territory, the Business Development Representative (BDR) is entrusted with strategically creating and vetting income possibilities. BDR collaborates closely with Account Executives when it comes to business development. Candidates for this role should have a high level of motivation, tenacity, and initiative.
  • Roles and Responsibilities:
  • The candidate should create new business prospects to support our products' sales pipeline among our enterprise accounts.

  • The candidate has to build and organise lists of strategic target accounts in India.

  • Research should be done, and "cold accounts" should be formed (i.e.: prospecting leads and contacts, sending emails, cold calling).

  • Candidate should routinely achieve or surpass monthly sales quotas.

  • High-level discussions with Senior Executives in prospect accounts should be had by the candidate.

  • The candidate needs to promote Tableau and the Salesforce Customer 360 Platform, which it is a crucial component of.

  • Preferred Qualifications

  • The ideal candidate will have relevant sales and/or lead qualification experience (including outbound prospecting). ability to prioritise, multitask, and efficiently manage time.

  • The candidate should have knowledge of lead qualification at all organisational levels, including managers, directors, vice presidents, and executives.

  • The candidate should have strong communication skills. You communicate in English with clarity and persuasiveness both orally and in writing, and you use the phone and email incredibly well. has excellent English.

  • The ideal candidate should be technically adept. proficient at using common productivity tools for businesses.

  • A performer should be the candidate. being able to work in a sales setting with lots of energy and speed.
