  • Candidate should be able to work in sync with business teams to understand onboarding/issues of merchants.
  • Candidate should be able to handle 100+ merchant’s onboarding within respective TATs.
  • Experience into banking operations and reconciliation.
  • Candidate should be able to handle day to day critical bank issues and escalations.
  • Candidate should share weekly reports to the management on different metrics.
  • Candidate should be able to collaborate with cross-functional teams (internal) and banks for issue IT experience (preference).

  • Required Skills:

  • Candidate should be proficient in MS-EXCEL & PowerPoint.
  • Candidate should have good communication skills and good interpersonal skills.
  • Candidate should have a positive attitude & pleasant demeanor.
  • Candidate should have the capability to handle stress & active Listener.
  • Candidate should have good analytical & situation handling skills.
  • Candidate should have awesome teams that love to work on new projects and emerging products.
