  • Chat/Web-Chat Associate.

  • Candidate will be an analyst utilizing hands-on Customer Engagement.

  • Candidate will be solving Queries over Web-chat process within the given time span.

  • Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Candidate will be responsible for customer engagement over live chats.

  • Candidate should identify and resolve escalated customer issues.

  • Candidate should find alternate solutions by researching and exploring information using available resources.

        • Preferred Qualification and Skills:

        • 6 months+ experience in web chat with excellent command over English is an added advantage.

        • FRESHER can also apply.

        • Good typing speed of over 25 WPM and 90% accuracy is required.

        • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word) is essential.

        • The candidate has to be a quick learner, high on energy and must have a flair for customer processes.

        • Candidate should be willing to work in 24x7 Shifts.

        • Work from Office.
