- Job description:
- Quality Services (QS) organization provides testing support for Devices, Retail and AWS products. The primary objective of QS organization is to provide manual testing support. An Associate, Quality Services performs manual test execution of documented task instructions. They produce accurate test results meeting daily targets, adhering to defined processes.
- Roles and Responsibilities:
- Candidate will be working closely with the Audit Team and onshore Planning team.
- Candidate will be working on global planning related systems like Retain and Web Planning.
- Catering requests received on various internal planning related systems like ePlanning, Mutation adjustment tool, leave tool, Adhoc tool etc.
- Candidate should acknowledge the requests received various functional mailboxes for making planning adjustments for various resources and multiple clients.
- Candidate should make sure all information required prior to starting work is available and raise queries to people concerned accordingly.
- Candidate will be accountable for producing and delivering high quality work within specified timeframe. And per instructions received from Client.
- Candidate should be able to prepare of various monthly, quarterly and year to date reports.
- Auditing the accuracy and completeness of these reports should be maintained.
- Candidate should continuously evolve existing reporting methods to improve presentation and clarity of KPIs reported.
- Candidate should prepare slide decks for Monthly reporting.
Preferred Qualification and Skills
- Bachelors Degree is necessary.
- Good knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Word (MS Office suite) is essential.
- Candidate having knowledge of planning related tools will be an added advantage.
- Candidate should be striving for quality and precision.
- Candidate should have strong time management skills to meet challenging timelines.
- Candidate should have the ability to self-start and work independently to provide solutions.
- Candidate should have flexibility to adapt to working hours and work environments
- Candidate should have the ability to work well under pressure with high attention to detail and Accuracy.
- Candidate should have the ability to build and maintain relationships within team
- Candidate should have good communication and interpersonal skills with ability to articulate while working with staff at all levels.
