  • The Estimating Business Analyst supports the Offerings in designing and enhancing their standard estimation solution by collaborating with the Delivery Enablement Estimation Product Team.
  • Roles and Responsibilities:
  • To fully comprehend their estimating priorities and the corresponding estimation approach, interact with the Offering Estimation Champions.

  • Work with the Delivery Enablement Estimation Team to create new estimates (data) or revise existing ones in light of Offering's understanding of needed work adjustments.

  • Define new features and additions to the NextGen product that will satisfy the Offering's top goals while collaborating with the Delivery Enablement Estimation Team.

  • Work together with the members of the Delivery Enablement Estimation Team to integrate the requirements for the Offerings (data and functionality) and to support associated Sprint and Deployment activities.

  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Data analysis expertise is necessary.

  • The candidate should be familiar with the ideas behind and procedures for data extract, transfer, and load.

  • The ideal candidate should be well-versed in relational databases.

  • It's necessary to have management and offshore development experience.

  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking abilities are necessary, as well as strong functional design skills.

  • Strong analytical skills in complex business, functional, and technical needs are required of the candidate.

  • The candidate should be able to spot requirements gaps.

  • It is required to have prior experience delivering full lifecycle technology deployments.

  • Agile delivery experience is advantageous.

  • having the necessary experience to complete the effort necessary to get features to the definitions of ready and done.

  • It is essential to have experience designing features for unique solutions.

  • Strong communication abilities in both writing and speaking are necessary.
