  • Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Candidate should be passionate about working cross-functionally, thinking strategically, and keeping our users safe while protecting free speech.
  • Candidate should manage day-to-day PV Compliance Trust & Safety Operations through content moderation and data labeling activities.
  • Candidate should influence & execute the compliance strategy and drive the operations roadmap with cross-functional teams and drive continuous improvement.
  • Candidate should gather, analyze and utilize relevant data to develop ways to improve the overall PV user experience.
  • Candidate should research and stay up to date on key trends and suspicious patterns across policy areas.
  • Candidate should participate in calibrations.
  • Candidate should review of controversial, sometimes offensive video content in line with PVs community guidelines.
  • Candidate should participate in on-call emergency escalation rotation as well as after-hours and weekend duty when necessary.
  • Candidate should be a compliance subject matter expert for the company, and maintain expertise by regularly performing operational core work, handling escalations and quality audits.

  • Candidate should be a strategic thinker with strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Candidate should be a self-starter, intellectually curious and creative individual comfortable operating in ambiguity.
  • Candidate should have the ability to critically evaluate and analyze large datasets.
  • Candidate should have excellent communication skills, open, collaborative and proven team player.
  • Candidate should have the experience working with global teams.
  • Candidate should be a avid PV user, preferred.
  • Candidate should have Language proficiency English, Hindi & anyone Indian regional language.
