  • Support for testing is provided for Devices, Retail, and AWS products by the Quality Services (QS) organisation. The main goal of the QS group is to assist manual testing. An Associate with Quality Services executes manual tests in accordance with task documentation. They adhere to established procedures and produce accurate test results that fulfil daily goals.
  • Roles and Responsibilities:
  • The candidate should learn how to use the appropriate software and tools as well as the application test methods.

  • The candidate should follow test instructions and quickly and accurately report test findings.

  • Any deviations should be reported by the candidate.

  • Candidates should be aware of any modifications to the test's instructions that affect the task they were given.

  • To complete the prescribed work, the candidate must adhere to defined procedures.
