  • Job Description and Responsibilities:

1.   Candidate should be able to design and evolve compensation data gathering tools and analytics (have a builders mentality).

2.   Candidate should be capable of identifying and evaluating external resources that will provide data that aligns with our philosophy of top of personal market.

3.   Candidate must be able to perform regular audits to determine gaps in our data, pro-actively work with talent acquisition to formulate a strategy to fill said gaps.

4.   Candidate should be able to provide insights on the movement of compensation in the market to equip managers with data to ensure we pay top of personal market. 

5.   Candidate should be able to work with their data science teams to build out compensation models and actionable insights that will be key to decision making.

6.   Candidate should be able to adapt their compensation philosophy to the APAC region and help TA, HR, and business managers add rigor to decisions.

  • What are they looking for?

1.   Candidate should be able to think creatively and be agile, this is not your typical survey-driven compensation role.

2.   Candidate must have strong analytical skills and ability to tell a story with insights and trends.

3.   Candidate should have strong ability to plan proactively and react quickly confidence to rely on own judgment and discretion to work independently, take smart risks.

4.   Candidate who has experience, working with global compensation, businesses, and teams are preferred (add on).

5.   Candidate should have the ability to embody the Netflix core values.

6.   Candidate must be able to navigate ambiguity and be comfortable with some level of inconsistency.
