  • Job Description:
Troubleshoot and provide email and chat support to resolve publisher queries on ad serving issues for the product AD Manager.
  • Desired candidate profile (Fresher):
  1. Knowledge of HTML, Javascript & CSS.
  2. Basic understanding of Digital Marketing.
  3. Should be able to look at reports and derive meaningful inferences.
  4. Analyze and comprehend the issues raised by a publisher, identify root causes and come to best solution.
  5. Willing to learn and apply learning in practical environment.
  6. Aptitude should be high as product is complex.
  7. Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Desired candidate profile (Experienced):
  1. Must have previous experience in E- mail and chat support or any digital marketing experience are eligible.
  2. Must have knowledge in HTML, CSS and JS
  • Job Responsibilities:
  1. Should be able to troubleshoot and resolve complex Ad Serving issues for high- end clients such as eBay, Financial Times, etc
  2. Must be able to provide e- mail and chat support for issues raised by the publishers.
  3. Work along with the publishers on accounts to enable features and resolve UI related issues.
  4. Able to work independently and efficiently to meet defined SLA
  5. Must be able to consistently meet or exceed all agreed quality parameters as defined for the process.
