• Job Description and Responsibilities:

1.   Candidate should be able to work closely with functional and pod leaders to develop short and long term roadmap.

2.   Candidate should drive the quarterly OKR planning for the business and ensure tracking of the OKRs.

3.   He/ she deeply involved in setting up dashboards and performance metrics for the business.

4.   Candidate should own the business metrics and derive actionable insights across Tech, Product, Ops, and Business.

5.   Customer-centricity is one of the values for the company, the major focus area will be NPS.

6.   Candidate must ensure NPS is correctly captured and derive action items from the NPS feedback.

7.   Candidate must be capable of independently own key strategic initiatives and lead the planning as well as execution.

• Skills Required:

1.   No minimum experience required.

2.   Strong analytical skills and experience.

3.   Structured thinking and problem-solving skills.

4.   Hands-on experience in solving critical business problems is a plus.
