  • Job Responsibilities:

1.   Candidate is required to check on past due invoices & invalid deductions on allocated portfolios via email, phone calls, etc.

2.   Candidates should respond to email/ phone queries on disputed invoice.

3.   Candidate should be able to research and analyze the disputes/ deductions in ERP.

4.   Creation of claims and credit notes are to be managed.

5.   Linking unassigned deductions and credit notes with valid claims is necessary.

6.   Candidate should follow-up with various departments to get supporting documents/ info for dispute/ deductions resolution.

7.   Candidate should daily reporting of individual portfolios to supervise and supervise the past dues.

8.   Candidate should implement collections strategy to reduce the past due Research and resolve issues in a manner to expedite all cases in order to avoid any adverse customer impact.

  • Requirements:

1.   Any Graduate can apply.

2.   Strong Communication Skills (verbal and written) is required.

3.   Knowledge of SAP is important.

4.   Good customer handling skills is an advantage.

5.   High Energy level is recommended.
