- Job Description and Responsibilities:
1. Candidates should be able to conduct ongoing functional testing and analysis of enhancements to the company’s software development activities.
2. Candidates should be capable of understanding functional testing \ quality assurance process for testing desktop products & web services.
3. Candidates should be able to create and execute test cases for various features from product\services by understanding end-user requirements.
4. Candidates should be able to understand and test (exploratory) the web as well as desktop application functionalities.
5. Candidates should be capable of understanding of Regression and Performance testing.
6. Automated testing.
7. Candidate should be comfortable with bug reporting, tracking, and analysis.
8. Candidates should verify/Validate Customer reported issues.
9. Day-to-day testing activities.
10. Timely communication on the progress of the assigned task is necessary.
- Required Knowledge and Skill
1. B.E- Computer \ Mechanical \ Civil with 0- 2 years of experience in Software testing.
2. Knowledge of at least one CAD tool like MicroStation, AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, IntelliCAD, PDS, CATIA, NX, Creo / Pro-E, SolidWorks, SolidEdge is an advantage.
3. Experience in testing web services is must. Experience in API testing using Postman is a plus.
4. Knowledge of automated test procedures and technologies is required.
5. Strong sense of logic and engineering workflow is a must.
6. Candidate should have good analytical and problem-solving skills.
7. A Software Testing certificate like ISTQB, CSTE is an advantage.
8. Candidate should have Good written and verbal communication skills.
9. Candidate should be capable of understanding of testing \ quality assurance process.
10. Initiative as self-starter who can manage multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal supervision.
