Job Description: Business Development Associate(Direct Sales)

Location: India (All States WHH)

Job Type: Full time

Qualification: Any degree 

Experience: 0 - 3 years

CTC: Rs. 10 Lakhs per annum{Rs. 5+2 Lakhs per annum as fixed pay (Rs 2 Lakh per annum as bonus for Direct Sales) and Rs 3 Lakh per annum as Incentives} (Post Training).
 Rs. 5Lakh per annum(Rs. 3 lakh per annum as Fixed pay and Rs. 2 Lakhs per annum as Incentives) During the training program of 2 months.

Openings: 960 openings currently

Working days per week: 5 days (Saturday and Sunday mandatory)

Skills: 
  • Good Communication
  • Prior experience in sales and business development is an add- on.
  • Food interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Should be passionate about Sales
Role Description:
Your role is to contact potential customers (parents and students) and set up meetings, counsel the students on BYJU'S unique way of learning and convert them into premium subscribers in your designated zones.

Bonus and other benefits:
  1. You can earn up to 3 Lakh in your incentives.
  2. 300 best performers for each quarter ( every 3 months) are taken on a 5 day fully paid international trip.
  3. You will have weekly targets to achieve, consistent failure to achieve them will obviously result in job cancellation.
